They sourced a custom rum cake for us, the cake to my resort a day early to pick up the decor and set it up for our arrival, they kept the drinks coming, and the food was DIVINE. If you haven’t tried Cat and Fiddle Catamaran Cruise you are missing out. The staff were amazing and friendly and Captain Jose kept everything moving seamlessly. They served up a delicious lunch followed by more yummy drinks. It was a good combination of swim, snorkel and relaxation.

What’s included in each charter experience?

All charters include a professional crew, premium bar, snacks or meals (depending on charter type), snorkelling gear, and beach towels. Additional services may be arranged upon request.

What is your cancellation policy for shared cruises?‬ ‭

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the departure time are subject to a $40 USD per person cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and the full cruise cost will be retained by Cat and the Fiddle Luxury Charters.

Can I customize the route or stops during the trip?

Yes, we offer fully customizable itineraries during private charters only. Whether you want to snorkel, relax at sea, or stop for a beachside lunch - we’ll tailor the journey to your preferences.

What is the booking and cancellation policy for private charters (all vessels)?

To secure your private charter, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD is required.

If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of your inquiry, the requested date will be released back into our calendar and made available to other guests.

The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your charter date.

If your plans change and you need to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time, 50% of the total charter cost will be retained. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time or on the same day will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and the full charter cost will be retained by Cat and the Fiddle Luxury Charters.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Your safety is very important to us, and we will never take any risks with it. If the weather isn’t looking safe on the day of your charter, we will work with you to reschedule to another, mutually agreeable date, at no additional cost.

‭Please note: Only Cat and The Fiddle Luxury Charters has the authority to decide if the weather‬ is unsuitable for sailing. Cloudy or overcast conditions don’t count as bad weather and aren’t‬ grounds for cancellation.‬

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in the charter rate but is always appreciated. The industry standard is‬ 10% of the total charter rate.‬

What water sports are included?‬

All of our catamarans come with paddle boards, Floating pads, and snorkel gear, perfect for‬ relaxing and exploring the water at your own pace.‬

‭ Our speedboats include floating pads and snorkel gear to help you make the most of your time‬ on the water.‬

‭Looking for a little more adventure? We’re happy to help organize seabobs, jet skis, and other‬ water sports through third-party partners, this must be organised in advance.

Please note that these services are provided by independent third parties and are enjoyed at the guest’s own discretion and risk. They are not part of the Cat & The Fiddle Luxury Charters experience.

Are land transfers included?

Yes! All of our rates include complimentary land transfers to and from one pick-up location, we’ll‬ make sure your journey to and from the vessel is smooth and easy.‬

Do you do beach pick ups and drop off‬?

Absolutely! If you'd prefer to start or end your charter right on the sand, we’re happy to arrange‬ a beach pick-up or drop-off for you. It’s a fun and flexible option that adds a bit of adventure to‬ your experience.‬

‭ Please note there is an additional charge of $500 USD for this service. That said, beach‬ pick-ups and drop-offs are not ideal for guests with limited mobility. Getting in and out of the‬ tender on open beach areas can be tricky, especially with waves or uneven terrain. If any of‬ your guests have mobility concerns, we strongly recommend using our dock, where access is‬ more stable and secure.‬

‭ Beach transfers are also subject to weather conditions, but we’ll always do our best to‬ accommodate your plans. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make all the arrangements!‬

Is there Wi-Fi on board?

Yes, all of our vessels are equipped with Wi-Fi, available for an additional fee. If you’d like to stay connected during your trip, just speak to one of our team members and we’ll be happy to provide more details and help get you set up.
